Unfortunately, the news was perceived ambiguously, as the phone turned out to be an almost identical copy of the Huawei P Smart Z.
What is known about the new Huawei smartphone?
During the presentation, it became clear that the phone received a 6.59-inch IPS display Ultra FullView, whose resolution is 2340 by 1080 pixels. There is a retractable 16-megapixel front camera. Good performance is due to the presence of a proprietary chip called Kirin 710F, which will be paired with 4 gigabytes of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of internal memory. The model received a capacious 4000 mAh battery with USB-C support and fast charging. It operates on the basis of the Android 9 operating system with the EMUI 9 shell.
The novelty will differ from Huawei P Smart Z only in the absence of an NFC chip and a camera with three sensors: 16 megapixels, a sensor depth of 2 megapixels and a wide-angle lens of 8 megapixels. The cost and official sales date of Huawei Y9 Prime has not yet been announced.
