Personal Data Processing Agreement

1. The user, accepting this Agreement on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), gives his consent in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter - the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” ) on the processing of their personal data (PD), namely: surname, name, patronymic; e-mail (email); phone numbers.

2. The operator for processing the User’s personal data is the Administration of the Resource “rating.techinfus.com/en/” (hereinafter referred to as “the Administration of the Resource”) located on the domain name rating.techinfus (hereinafter “Resource”).

3. The processing of the above personal data will be carried out by the mixed processing of personal data (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating), change, use, distribution, including transfer, depersonalization, blocking, destruction or deletion).

4. The processing of personal data is carried out indefinitely.

5. Removal of personal data from the system at the request of the User is possible if this application is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” and sent from the User’s email address to the email address: , after receiving this application and considering it by the Resource Administration within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the application by this authorized person. The User understands and agrees that by sending a statement to the Resource Administration about the removal of PD from the system, he thereby authorizes the Resource Administration to delete his account (account) created by the Resource Administration upon registration of this User on the Resource.

6. The purpose of processing personal data is the use of the Resource and its services, as well as services integrated with the Resource.

7. The user also confirms that the personal data provided by him is correct and express full and unconditional consent to the use of contact data to maintain communication, make phone calls to the specified landline and / or mobile phone, send SMS messages to the specified mobile phone, send emails to the specified email address in order to confirm the necessary data for the operation of the Resource and / or its individual services, as well as for ment of the User Agreement. The feedback of the Site Administration with the User is not tied to a specific method, including, but not exclusively, specified in the framework of the above actions.

8. The user also provides the Site Administration with access to the following technical information: cookie, browser session, user IP address.
