1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is designed to regulate relations between the Administration of the information resource “rating.techinfus.com/en/” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration of the Resource”) and the User searching and disseminating information on the resource located on the Internet at: rating.techinfus.com/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Resource”).

1.2. The resource "rating.techinfus.com/en/" (hereinafter referred to as the Resource) is the property of an individual.

1.3. The Resource Administration reserves the right at any time to change, add or delete paragraphs of this Agreement without notifying the User. Such changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Resource. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to refuse access to the Resource, stop using the materials and services of the Resource.

1.4. Use of the Resource by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.

1.5. The user is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it.

1.6. The use of materials and services of the Resource is regulated by the norms of the current legislation. Materials and services of the Resource are the most relevant among similar resources on the Internet.

1.7. The Administration of the Resource is in a contractual relationship with authors whose copyright works and information are posted on the information Resource rating.techinfus.com/en/

1.8. The administration does not edit the published copyright works and information specified in clause 1.7, and is not responsible for its content.

1.9. Using the information posted on the Resource, the User understands and agrees that the Administration is not responsible for the content of the posted information. The authors of the information posted through the Resource independently represent and defend their interests arising in connection with the placement of this information in relations with third parties. All ratings indicated on the Resource are the subjective opinion of the authors of the posted information and are not advertising.

1.10. The administration informs the Users that the following information is not posted on the Resource:

1.10.1. Aimed at propaganda of war, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity;

1.10.2. Not complying with moral and ethical standards;

1.10.3. Violating the rights and protected interests of others;

1.10.4. Other information, the dissemination of which is prohibited.

1.11. The administration reserves the right, without explanation, to delete any information posted on the Resource.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the information contained on the Resource.

2.2. The resource provides the user with the following types of services:

2.2.1. Access to search and navigation tools of the Resource;

2.2.2. Providing the user with the opportunity to post messages, comments, rate marks;

2.2.3. Other types of services implemented on the Resource.

2.3. The scope of this Agreement covers all existing (actually functioning) at the moment services of the Resource, as well as any subsequent modifications and additional services of the Resource that appear in the future.

2.4. Access to the Resource is provided free of charge.

2.5. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Resource, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.

2.6. The use of materials and services of the Resource is regulated by the norms of the current legislation.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The user has the right to:

3.1.1.Freely to search, receive, transmit, produce and disseminate information on the Resource in any legal way;

3.1.2. Use all the services available on the Resource;

3.1.3. Ask any questions related to the services of the Resource.

3.2. The administration has the right:

3.2.1. At its discretion, create, modify, cancel the Rules for using the Resource;

3.2.2. Unilaterally amend this Agreement;

3.2.3. Restrict access to the Site in case the User violates the terms of this Agreement.

3.3. User Obligations:

3.3.1. Observe the property and non-property rights of authors and other rightholders when using the Resource.

3.3.2. Do not take actions that may be considered as violating the normal operation of the Resource.

3.3.3. Do not disseminate using the Resource any confidential and legally protected information about individuals or legal entities.

3.3.4. Avoid any action that could result in a breach of the confidentiality of information protected by law.

3.3.5. Do not use the Resource for the dissemination of advertising information, except with the consent of the Administration.

3.3.6. Do not use Resource services for the purpose of:

3.3.6.1. downloading content that is illegal violates any rights of third parties; 3.3.6.2. propaganda of violence, cruelty, hatred and (or) discrimination on racial, national, gender, religious, social grounds;

3.3.6.3. entering false information and (or) insults to specific individuals, organizations, authorities;

3.3.6.4. motivation to commit unlawful acts, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions;

3.3.6.5. violation of the rights of minors and (or) harm to them in any form;

3.3.6.6. Representing yourself for another person or representative of an organization and (or) community without sufficient rights, including for employees of this Resource.

3.4. The user is prohibited from:

3.4.1. Use any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy or track the contents of the Resource.

3.4.2. Disrupt the proper functioning of the Resource.

3.4.3. By any means bypass the navigation structure of the Resource to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically provided by the services of this Resource.

3.4.4. Receive unauthorized access to the functions of the Resource, any other systems or networks related to this Resource, as well as to any services offered on the Resource.

3.4.7. Use the Resource and its contents for any purposes prohibited by law, as well as incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Resource or other persons.

4. RESOURCE USE

4.1. The Resource and Content, which is part of the Resource, is owned and managed by the Administration.

4.2. The content of the Resource is protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

4.3. The acquisition of the Goods offered on the Resource may require the creation of a User account.

4.4. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidential information of the account, including the password, as well as for all activities without exception that are conducted on behalf of the User in the account.

4.5.The user must immediately notify the Administration of the Resource of unauthorized use of his account or password, or any other violation of the security system.

4.6. The Resource Administration has the right to unilaterally cancel the User’s account if it has not been used for more than 36 consecutive calendar months without notifying the User.

4.7. This Agreement extends to all additional terms and conditions on the purchase of the Goods and / or the provision of services provided on the Resource.

4.8. The information posted on the Resource should not be construed as a change to this Agreement.

4.9. The Resource Administration informs the Users that all the information on the site is provided to the Users solely for informational (advertising) use and does not force any purchases to be made.

4.10. The Resource Administration has the right at any time without notice to the User to make changes to the list of Goods and services offered on the Resource and (or) their prices.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. Any losses that the User may suffer in the event of intentional or reckless violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the communications of another User, are not reimbursed by the Resource Administration.

5.2. Resource Administration is not responsible for:

5.2.1. Delays or malfunctions in the process of the operation occurring due to force majeure, as well as any case of malfunctions in telecommunication, computer, electrical and other related systems.

5.2.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work.

5.2.3. The proper functioning of the Resource, in case the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.

6. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USER AGREEMENT

6.1. The Resource Administration has the right to disclose information about the User if the current legislation requires or allows such disclosure.

6.2. The Resource Administration has the right to terminate and / or block access to the Resource without prior notice to the User if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Resource contained in other documents, as well as in the event of the termination of the Resource or due to a technical problem or problem.

6.3. The Resource Administration is not responsible to the User or third parties for terminating access to the Resource in case the User violates any provision of this Agreement or other document containing the conditions for using the Resource.

6.4. The Administration of the Resource has the right to disclose any collected about the User of this Resource

information if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding the misuse of the Resource, or to establish (identify) a User who may violate or interfere with the rights of the Site Administration or the rights of other Resource Users.

6.5. The Resource Administration has the right to disclose any information about the User that it considers necessary to comply with the provisions of the current legislation or court decisions, ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, protect the rights or security of the organization, Users.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. In the event of any disagreement or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, a prerequisite before applying to the court is a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

7.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.

7.3.If it is not possible to resolve the dispute on a voluntary basis, any of the Parties has the right to apply to the court for the protection of their rights that are granted to them by applicable law.

7.4. Any claim regarding the conditions of use of the Resource must be brought within 5 days after the grounds for the claim arise, with the exception of copyright protection for the materials of the Resource protected in accordance with the law. In case of violation of the terms of this paragraph, any claim shall be left by the court without consideration.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

8.1. The administration does not accept counter offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.

8.2. User reviews posted on the Resource are not confidential information and can be used by the Administration without restrictions.
