The new flagship camcorder shoots in Super 35 format, whose resolution is 6144 by 3456 pixels. This enables users to control the depth of field to create high-quality videos even in the dark. Representatives of the company convince that the novelty will be able to maintain a large number of small parts also thanks to the support of 13 stages of the dynamic range. Light sensitivity ranges from 400 to 25,600 ISO.
Against the background of others flagship camcorders, this unit is attractive due to the presence of several high-quality connectors, including HDMI, mini XLR and USB-C. There is an interface for connecting headphones and a microphone. Mounting the camcorder involves connecting a lens from other manufacturers, including Canon or Zeiss, for example.
It is worth adding that the camera is equipped with the same 5-inch display as its predecessor. The novelty can already be bought for $ 2,495 - it's twice as expensive as the Blackmagic 4K cost. But now the maximum shooting provides up to 50 frames per second at a resolution of 6144 x 3456 pixels.
