A successful analyst from Ming-Chi Kuo also shared his data, confirming that the device is preparing for a presentation on September 10. In addition to this, the specialist assures that the screens of the Japanese partner JDI will be used in the new generation of smart watches. At the same time, the company is considering switching to microLED displays.
What else is interesting?
According to preliminary data, the model will operate on the basis of the new watchOS 6 OS, which is currently undergoing testing. The case will be presented in two versions: “44MM Titanium”, as well as “44MM Ceramic”. Accordingly, 44-mm models differ in ceramic and titanium body. The second option is more expensive.
The problem is that the manufacturer already had ceramic smart watches, but no titanium ones. Accordingly, there is reason to believe that the second modification will leave the store shelves much faster.
