The manufacturer claims that there are enough accessories for cleaning any apartment or house: from different surfaces to furniture and even ceilings. In the review of the H-FREE cordless vacuum cleaner, I propose to find out how the statement corresponds to reality.

Like the HOOVER RHAPSODY, this model provides for vertical parking. The main “controls”, the garbage container and the battery are located in the handle area. Proper design greatly simplifies the installation of the device due to the correct distribution of weight. It is worth saying that different models weigh the same, according to the developer, the same, but in practice the Hoover H-FREE looks smaller and, in my opinion, a vacuum cleaner is more convenient.

The model is made efficiently, without defects and gaps. I am glad that you do not need to drag the entire vacuum cleaner to a power outlet to charge the battery. It is enough to hold two buttons on the sides of the battery pack and connect it to the network. At the back there is an LED indicator, thanks to which you can avoid battery discharge during the cleaning process. A lithium battery (18 V) is enough for 25 minutes of battery life. This is enough to clean small apartments, but if you need to clean up to 50 square meters, then it is better to purchase a model with a more capacious battery - Rhapsody.

At the top of the motor block is a button to enable the "Turbo" mode. At maximum power, carpets and heavy soiling can be removed. For easy cleaning, it is more advisable to lock the button under the handle.

By fixing the constant power mode, you can clean in different rooms at optimal performance. This is convenient, since you do not need to be distracted. When you turn on Turbo mode, battery power will be consumed faster, keep this in mind.

Of the accessories, first of all, in the review of the Hoover H-FREE cordless vacuum cleaner, you need to pay due attention to the innovative H-LAB FLAT & DRIVE nozzle. The advantage is that it supports switching between 90º and 180º angles, all in one motion. Thus, the user gets the opportunity to really effectively clean in hard to reach places. For example, around chairs, under furniture.

In addition, the developers took care of the presence of the front display H-LAB FLAT & DRIVE. Therefore, it is possible to vacuum without much difficulty in places with poor lighting. Surely, users of many apartments of multi-storey buildings that do not have light on the balcony will appreciate this option.

If you need to remove dust from shelves, paintings can be used with a brush for delicate cleaning. Due to the considerable length of the pile, you do not have to worry about minor mechanical damage to even fragile interior objects.

A mini-turbo brush is provided for cleaning fabrics and upholstery. It can also be used to quickly vacuum small rugs, pillows and the like. This nozzle, for sure, will be useful to pet owners.

A narrow nozzle is useful for cleaning the cracks of a sofa, chairs and other similar places. Thanks to the height adjustment of the pile, delicate dusting of chandeliers, sideboards and bookshelves can be carried out.

As the Rhapsody model was considered in a previous Hoover vacuum cleaner review, there is something to compare to share an objective opinion with you. As already mentioned, personally, the H-FREE model cannot be called more practical or maneuverable, in principle, they are too similar. Despite the less capacious battery, they managed to clean the apartment in 15 minutes. For about 5 minutes I tested nozzles for furniture and crevices. But it is worth considering that my apartment is not big. As a result, the bag was filled to this level.

To release the container from contamination, just click on the button under the connection of the unit with the tube.

Dismantling the litter box is extremely simple. By the way, the H-FREE did not feel much difference between the 2-stage filtration system Rhapsody and the "monocyclone". If necessary, you can disassemble the filter, rinse under running water.

The container glass is removed by turning, then the cap is unscrewed and the net with the cylinder is removed.

At the exit is a fiber filter. If you decide to rinse, wait 24 hours before it dries completely before operating the vacuum cleaner.

It is worth paying attention that the motorized nozzle copes with its tasks well. In our apartment there is a cat, from which wool always remains on carpets and beds. It is very easy to remove the motorized roller for cleaning hair and wool. After using the vacuum cleaner, even small villi were removed. Mats cleaned in Turbo mode. Despite the feedback of some users, the machine coped successfully with carpet cleaning, although I don’t have a Persian-style rug, so I can’t say how it will cope with such difficulties.

In conclusion, I want to share my own opinion on whether it is worth buying this vacuum cleaner ... In my opinion, it is difficult to find an equally effective wireless vacuum cleaner for small apartments and houses. The device has an excellent price / quality ratio. But choosing between H-FREE and RHAPSODY, I would stop at the first option, since the apartment is small, I do not really need power adjustment, and the battery capacity is enough. For everyone else, I still advise you to overpay 2 thousand and take the older model with a more advanced filter, more battery life and finer power adjustment. In terms of ease of use, I did not notice much difference - both the one and the other vacuum cleaners are convenient and practical. If I didn’t see the past model and saw only this one, I would say with good conscience - take it and don’t think, but seeing both models, I advise you to think: “Maybe it’s better to overpay a little”? But decide this question yourself by looking at both reviews!

Thus, H-FREE is a very effective vacuum cleaner in its price segment for cleaning small apartments and houses. Thanks to the advanced main brush, it’s difficult and it’s difficult to complete the necessary nozzles to find a place where the newly made assistant could not get. Simple cleaning of the container and the presence of Turbo mode at the same time provide maximum comfort in operation and require a minimum of effort on the part of the user. I am satisfied with the model, despite the rather high noise level when used at maximum power, well, probably not everyone will have enough adjustments as well as battery capacity, but this does not affect the overall impression, so everyone will make the final decision for himself!
