Overview of the steam vacuum cleaner Kitfort KT-535

By tradition, the first impression of getting to know Kitfort’s new technology was ruined by an uncomfortable box, because there is no handle.

Since I already have experience working with the company, on the way from the post office to my home, I compensated for this drawback with the opportunity to get acquainted with the main advantages of the device, painted on a yellow mustard cardboard box. Inside, in addition to nozzles and a device, there is a warranty card, information leaflets and a manual with a cover background, like on a box. To pack the basic structural elements, the manufacturer uses several packages and partitions made of corrugated cardboard.

This is enough to protect the following parts:

• extension handle;
• 2 rags for cleaning the floor;
• rag holder;
• collection magnet;
• vacuum cleaner with engine compartment.

It took about 2-3 minutes to assemble the device without using the instructions. Just inserted the extension tube until it clicks into the case, pulled a rag for the floor and attached the holder to the vacuum cleaner. Next, poured water into a glass, and proceeded to study the possibilities of a new assistant.

The main body parts are made of white plastic. The surface of the nozzles and vacuum cleaner is mirror-smooth, without additional coating.

The latch latch, handles, and steam trigger are lacquered in blue. Water tank and dust collector made of transparent, slightly tinted plastic. A simple control panel is coated with silver lacquer.

I liked that there are no defects, the surface is not subject to scratches. A black cyclone filter is installed inside the dust container for 1 liter, and a black softening filter is inside the removable water tank. The brush is made of black and blue plastic, rotates in two planes. There are small blue brushes on the sides for cleaning baseboards.

In the process of reviewing the Kitfort KT-535 vacuum cleaner, I was also pleased with the presence of a microfiber cloth. The rag holder is easy to install and looks reliable.

The usability of a vacuum cleaner with a steam generator should be given special attention. After switching on, it is enough to turn on the “Vacuum cleaner” or “Steam” mode, depending on the task.

If you plan to clean the dirt, do not forget to set the optimal steam level. After that, control the feed with the trigger on the handle. (picture) Only 3 cleaning modes:

1. Dust suction and steam treatment;
2. Suction of small debris and dust;
3. Surface treatment with hot steam.

I was satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of dry cleaning, taking into account the fact that there are three of us in the apartment: me, my girlfriend and a fold cat. The latter does not differ in cleanliness, and leaves a lot of wool not only on the floor, but also on the furniture. However, the Kitfort KT-535 vertical vacuum cleaner coped with a difficult task.

It is worth adding that the model is equipped with a long cable - 7.5 meters, which is enough to clean the apartment, without dangling from one outlet to another. At the same time, a hook is mounted on the extension handle on which the cable can be hung.

Also in the review of the Kitfort KT-535 steam vacuum cleaner I would like to talk about the convenience of the vertical parking function - real space savings and a very convenient option. You do not have to look for a place where you can lean the device. Still pleased with the presence of two rags. For example, if during the cleaning process one becomes too dirty, you can use the second without interrupting washing.

The rags are made of polyester, so they can be machine washed. They are fastened quickly and simply due to a comfortable elastic band.

In maintenance, everything is standard: after cleaning, we drain the water, and the dust collector itself is washed from time to time in running water. Actually, like a coolant tank. Judging by the instructions, the fine filter should be changed every 3 months, and the filter to soften the water after 100 hours of operation of the vacuum cleaner.

Dimensions and weight are very impressive, it is not very convenient, but at the same time the model is maneuverable and crawls into hard-to-reach places.

In my opinion, Kitfort KT-535 is a good choice for people who do not have the opportunity to separately buy a steam cleaner and vacuum cleaner due to financial capabilities or small space in the house. This device is functional, maneuverable, easy to operate and quite effective, both for cleaning carpet and linoleum. He doesn’t just crawl, but really sucks in the garbage and cleans the floor from pollution with steam. At the same time, it has two brushes for skirting boards, triple filtering, several operating modes. If you do not take into account the company box, the manufacturers took care of the convenience of users to the smallest detail. In particular, there are two rags for the floor, easy to maintain gum, removable water tanks and filters. In general, I was satisfied. But in the review of the vacuum cleaner KT-535 should warn that the model weighs almost 5.5 kilograms.

As for efficiency, I liked how the device copes with pollution with the help of steam. Firstly, after pouring water and turning it on, it only needs 30 seconds to generate steam. Secondly, after cleaning the hall and the bathroom, the water level dropped by only a few centimeters. Fast, economical and effective - no complaints.

Thus, the KT-535 vertical steam vacuum cleaner fully met expectations, given its price. Perhaps, in our time, battery analogues are already more popular, but this seriously affects the price / quality ratio. In this case, the cable is quite enough, the model is maneuverable and does not take up much space due to the vertical position. In this case, the device performs 2 functions at once - cleaning and steam disinfection.

It follows that for the specified price it is quite difficult to get a simple vacuum cleaner, not to mention 2 in 1.
